SALES REFERRALS
Well we are proud. We are into our 10th year in Guatemala. What an experience it has been and working in Real Estate is something that I find to be rewarding and self-fulfilling. We would like you to consider joining us. We are looking for individuals in the following locations to work with us: Antigua, Quetzaltenango, Monterrico, Rio Dulce. If you are familiar with these places we can work with you in conjunction with our properties and our clients. We offer a very generous compensation package.

If you are not interested in being a full time broker, consider supplying us with a lead. We pay 10% of our commission for a solid sales referral. It must include an introduction to a contact and then result with a closing of a deal. Upon our receiving a commission, you will receive your 10% referral fee. For instance, on a lead for a $400,000 usd property, you can earn up to $2000 usd just to say… Bamboo… this is such and such. If you are a sales broker, the sales commission is much greater.
